Banana Sushi Rolls

Prep Time: 10 min
Feel free to use toppings that you already have on hand: Chopped nuts, dried fruit, flax seeds, puffed rice cereal, toasted oats, granola, coconut or whatever else you can scrounge up in your pantry!

ingredients:

2 bananas
4 tablespoons peanut butter
Toppings: Mini chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, and chia seeds

directions:

Peel bananas and spread with peanut butter, leaving the bottom side of the banana bare. Sprinkle with toppings. Cut into 1/2 inch slices and serve.
